February, 2008: UCCA - IL Board Member and President of the Ukrainian Genocide Famine Foundation - USA, Nicholas Mischenko received a
Ukrainian State Medal for his work on expanding global awareness of the Ukrainian Genocide of 1932-1933 (Holodomor). Mr. Mischenko was in
attendance at the Ukrainian Embasssy in Washington DC along with UCCA - IL President, Paul Bandriwsky and Board Member Marta Farion.
